All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable store currency.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and offers may change at any time without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
Because we currently ship within the United States using U.S.-based fulfillment locations, customers are generally not expected to pay international import duties for orders shipped through our standard U.S. fulfillment process.
Applicable sales taxes may be collected where required by law.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information submitted is accurate.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States.
All orders are dispatched from U.S.-based fulfillment locations.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
The estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 3–7 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- carrier disruptions;
- severe weather;
- high seasonal demand;
- transportation disruptions;
- incorrect delivery information; or
- other unforeseen events.
Once your order ships, you will normally receive tracking information by email. Tracking information may take up to 2–4 days to update after dispatch.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Where applicable under our current policy, eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days in accordance with the conditions stated in the Refund Policy.
Products must meet the applicable return requirements in order to qualify for a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Zalyven is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology and infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store.
However, purchases made through the Zalyven store are transactions directly between you and Zalyven.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Zalyven and is not responsible for fulfillment, product quality, refunds, returns, or other obligations arising from your purchase from Zalyven, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Shopify.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain information relating to your access to and use of the Services.
