Can I use a hot or cold gel pack with Aura™?
Yes — Aura™ has a built-in gel pack pocket. Chill or warm your gel pack to your preferred temperature, then slide it into the pocket for extra soothing comfort. Always let it reach a comfortable temperature before wearing.
How does Aura™ connect to my phone?
Turn on Aura™, open the Bluetooth settings on your phone or tablet, and select the mask from the list of available devices. Once paired, you can play music, podcasts, meditation audio, or anything else through the built-in speakers. Aura™ uses Bluetooth 6.0 (EDR, A2DP, AVRCP and HFP) with a wireless range of up to 66 ft / 20 m.
Can I use Aura™ while sleeping on my side?
Aura™ uses ultra-thin 30 mm speakers built into the mask, so there is no rigid headphone band or earbud pressing into your ear. Comfort still depends on your pillow, your fit and your sleeping position, so give yourself a few nights to get used to it.
Does Aura™ completely block out light?
The 3D contoured design is shaped to leave extra room around your eyes and lashes while helping reduce distracting light. Because every face shape is different, the exact level of light blocking varies with fit.
What can I listen to?
Anything you can play over Bluetooth — your own music, podcasts, audiobooks or meditation apps. Aura™ also includes 20 built-in soothing sounds and 4 relaxing music tracks you can play without your phone.
How does the sleep timer work?
Aura™ features a built-in sleep timer with 30, 60, 120, 180 and 240-minute settings. Simply choose your preferred duration before bed, and the audio will automatically stop when the timer ends.
How long does the battery last?
Aura™ provides up to 15 hours of music playback on a full charge. It uses a 400mAh rechargeable lithium-polymer battery and takes approximately 2 hours to fully recharge.
How do I clean the mask?
Remove the electronic components and speakers before cleaning the mask. Once the electronics are removed, the fabric mask can be washed separately. Make sure the mask is completely dry before reinstalling the electronic components.
